Make the order easy to manage
Provide a staff list, size chart, logo files, delivery address and event date. Use a simple approval sheet so names, sizes and artwork are not changed informally during production.
Protect the event schedule
Allow time for sampling, decoration approval, bulk production, inspection and shipping. Ordering early is usually more valuable than chasing the lowest last-minute price.
